Admission Documents
Russian Language Preparatory Course
If you entry in Preparatory Course, you must send to by fax or e-mail next documents:
- The copy of Secondary School Certificate, including academic transcript: list of subjects studied and scores earned, or an equivalent in English or Russian language
- The copy of international passport
Bachelor's degree or Engineer's diploma program
To apply for Bachelor's in russian or english languages degree or Engineer's diploma program, prospective student must submit the following documents by fax or e-mail
- The copy of Secondary School Certificate, including academic transcript: list of subjects studied and scores earned, or an equivalent (minimum average mark - 50 percent) in English or Russian language
- The copy of international passport
- Documentary proof of Russian/English language proficiency
On arrival to the University students must present to the University Admission Board:
- Original of the Complete Higher Secondary School Certificate (including academic transcript: list of subjects studied and scores earned) legalized in a proper way
- 2 notarized copies of the Complete Higher Secondary School Certificate (including academic transcript), certified by a notary from the Russian Embassy
- 2 translated copies of the Complete Higher Secondary School Certificate (including academic transcript) in Russian language, certified by a notary from the Russian Embassy
- Documentary proof of Russian/English language proficiency
- For studying in Russian medium students should submit a Preparatory Course Certificate and a Test of Russian as a Foreign Language Level I (TORFL I)
- For studying in English medium applicants from a country where English is not the first language, or where English is an official language but not the first language are required to present proof of English proficiency at a satisfactory level. This may be the results of Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) with a minimum score 500 and International English Language Testing System (IELTS) with a minimum score 5.5
TPU reserves the right to request applicants to write an Entrance Test in English (ETE) that is taken on the TPU campus
Master's degree program
To apply for Master's degree course in russian or english languages, prospective student must submit the following documents by fax or e-mail
- The copy of Secondary School Certificate, including academic transcript: list of subjects studied and scores earned, or an equivalent (minimum average mark - 50 percent) in English or Russian language
- The copy of B.Sc./A. Degree Certificate, including academic transcript: list of subjects studied and scores earned (minimum average mark 60 percent) in English or Russian Language
- The copy of international passport
- Documentary proof of Russian/English language proficiency

- The copy of M.Sc./A. Degree Certificate, including academic transcript: list of subjects studied and scores earned (minimum average mark 60 percent)
- The copy of international passport
- Documentary proof of Russian/English language proficiency
