International Scientific School «Resource-Efficient Technologies: Experience of Russia and Germany»
On Monday, June 16, the International Scientific School “Resource-efficient technologies: Experience of Russia and Germany” got started.
During two weeks two professors from Germany, a representative of the “Voit” company, and 14 professors from all Research and Education Institutes of TPU will give lectures and seminars in English on resource efficiency and cost-effective use of resources for 19 Russian students and 16 students from the Universities of Germany. The students will discuss such issues as ecology and innovations; quality of engineering processes behavior; robotic engineering; power generation and raw materials and supplies.
Following the results of training, the students will elaborate practice-oriented projects in the international interdisciplinary teams and present them to the international committee consisting of professors from TPU and DHBW.
Alongside with the training process the participants will have excursions to the research laboratories and centres of TPU, attend a technology development zone and enjoy diversified cultural programme.

Arrangement of the International Scientific School of TPU and Duale Hochschule Baden-Wurttemberg (DHBW) “Resource-efficient technologies: Experience of Russia and Germany” is a project of the lead research university of IIELC (No. 53 2014) and was supported by the foreign foundation G-RISC (German-Russian Interdisciplinary Scientific Centre).
